This website is operated by VYKN UK LTD, company number 17214840, a regulatory technology and learning company offering digital platforms, educational content and related services focused on compliance, risk and financial crime. "VYKN", "we", "our" and "us" include affiliated entities where applicable. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Website use

Use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, interfere with the site's operation or security, upload malicious code or harmful content, or use the site in any way that could harm VYKN or other users. We may restrict or end access at any time if these terms are breached.

5. Demo confidentiality and limited use

A demonstration of the platform, and any materials, screens, content, data structures, methodologies or pricing shared in connection with it, are confidential information of VYKN UK LTD and are provided solely for the purpose of evaluating VYKN's services for your organisation. You agree not to copy, record, screenshot, reverse engineer or redistribute demo materials, and not to use them, directly or indirectly, to design, build, improve or support any competing training, eLearning, learning management or RegTech product or service. VYKN may require a separate non-disclosure agreement before providing detailed or extended access.

6. Learning platforms and services

Use of the VYKN platform and services is governed by separate agreements, terms or licences, which take precedence for those services. Your employer's or organisation's rules may also apply.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and you access them at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYKN makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness or reliability of content, uninterrupted availability, or the absence of errors, defects or security vulnerabilities.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYKN is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, including loss of data, business or profits and reputational harm, even if VYKN was warned such damages were possible.
