Rates are per contracted learner per year, applied to every learner in the band. Your quote states the capacity included at the same fee, so growing headcount never costs you a jump.

What is a contracted learner?
A named person assigned to training under your agreement. Archived users count toward the limit until the retention period ends, so your record stays complete for inspection.
Can we add a jurisdiction during the term?
Yes, pro-rated on the same ladder. Removing a jurisdiction does not reduce the fee until renewal.
Do content-only licences include updates?
Yes. The licence covers the named jurisdictions and their updates for the term, delivered through controlled SCORM dispatch to your own learning system.
Is pricing quoted in GBP?
Our rate card is held in sterling. We quote in other currencies on request, valid for thirty days.
Are prices shown exclusive of tax?
Yes. VAT and other applicable taxes depend on your location and are confirmed before invoicing.
